Youth Cultural Partnership What do we do
Torbay Youth Cultural Partnership want to use their collective expertise to:
• Use an ‘Asset based Community Development’ methodology to uncover and use the strengths within Torbay to support young people to create their own opportunities
• Work with young people within the partnership to make the best use of social media and young person-led communications in relation to cultural activity
• Deliver the ‘New Wave’ programme
• Explore new investment models for ongoing sustainability
The Partnership is enthusiastic to find a new way of working which:
- is exciting and will appeal to young people
- will sustain, encourage and support young people to be involved
- will support organisations to work together in ways which haven’t happened in Torbay before
