Spend a day learning photo-plate lithography in our specially equipped workshops. Photo-plate lithography can produce prints with remarkable subtle tonal detail.

This course will have an experimental approach to image-making, with an emphasis on generating images by hand through drawing, painting and mark-making onto transparent film. (Although you can bring photographic imagery to work with as well if you wish). Images will then be transferred onto light-sensitive lithographic plates by exposing them to UV light, and the plates are then developed, and printed on our etching press.
