Employers sought for Creative Apprenticeship programme

Artswork has been working with the Partnership for urban South Hampshire (PUSH) and with a new Creative and Cultural Employer’s Network for South Hampshire and Isle of Wight to develop a Creative Apprenticeship programme.

The Network has identified a need to enhance and diversify work-based learning routes and entry routes into the arts, cultural and creative sector. Artswork is keen to hear from employers within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight who are interested in hosting an apprentice - or co-hosting one shared with another organisation - for a12 month period from the beginning of February.

For the pilot, two apprenticeship frameworks are available in Hampshire from January 2012:

Technical Theatre

Community Arts Administration/Management
