WOVEN textile artists in Queensgate Market
Textile artists have taken over some of the vacant stalls in Queensgate Market during the WOVEN festival 8-16 June. The work on show gives an example of the range of work that textiles covers - 3D, 2D, floor pieces and research work.
Artists showcasing work are: Jonathon Beaver; Christine Cheseldine; Assunta Miles; Lauren Riley, Tabassum Ahmed and, Lucian Li ; Sally Delves; Lucie MacGregor - they will be around to chat about their work during the week or at the Temporary Contemporary Happening on Friday 14 June, 5-7.30pm.
