WOVEN Festival Co-ordinator
Join the WOVEN team as we head towards the 2021 WOVEN celebration of innovation in textiles across Kirklees.
HATCH (who deliver the festival) is looking for someone who has experience of managing a team in the delivery of complex partnership programmes.
The role of Festival Coordinator is to support the Festival Curator, overseeing the day to day development and delivery of the 2021 festival, whilst also thinking towards 2023.
Key to the Coordinator role is overseeing Project Managers, setting up sharing meetings and giving one to one advice where required. Reporting on Project Managers progress and any challenges faced by funding, covid and unexpected circumstances.
Budget monitoring and support with funding applications and income generating ideas and initiatives. This a freelance role (contracted immediately to mid-August in the first instance with the possibility to extend to support the 2023 festival development.
Deadline for applications is 5pm Monday 4th January 2020.
Selected candidates will be invited for an interview on Zoom on either the 14th or 15th January 2021.
