A friendly and creative workshop that celebrates the past, present and future of textiles in Dewsbury. Bring along your favourite fabric items – a piece of clothing, a tea towel, a cushion cover etc – to be photocopied. You will then weave the photocopies into a colourful paper patchwork.
You can take home a beautiful handmade badge, made with your patchwork. and you can choose whether to take your patchwork home or leave it to become part of our INTERWOVEN patchwork community quilt.
This workshop is FREE, but you do need to BOOK.
Workshop will run from 1pm - 3pm
Suitable for families and children from two years upwards with parental/carer support. All under 18’s MUST be accompanied by an adult.
