INTERWOVEN - Family Folk Music Workshop

In this workshop, BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award Winner Maddie Morris invites families to explore folk and traditional music, and its instruments, as singers, listeners and performers.

In this hour-long workshop, Maddie invites you to take part in a group music activity, learning a traditional song about the textile industry and experimenting with a few different traditional instruments.

Parents have previously described this session as ‘an absolute joy!’

This workshop is FREE, but you do need to BOOK.

From 3pm - 4pm

Suitable for families and children from five years upwards with parental/carer support. All under 18’s MUST be accompanied by an adult.
