Welcome to the home for WeAre... Harpenden - a community project to integrate and develop Arts, Culture and Heritage projects in Harpenden. Funding from the governments Locality budget (under the OurPlace scheme) was an initial spark for this project to create a hub for Arts, Culture and Heritage in Harpenden. We called this project WeAre... and a wide range of community groups have been working on a development plan since 2014. Two rounds of consultation are feeding this plan, and input is welcome from everyone. Even if the plan is not successful in attracting more government funding, we've identifed some exciting short term projects and possibilities. Watch this space, and above all, join in!
