The Sessions is a heart-warming, comedy-drama that has been dubbed the festival hit of the year.

Mark O’Brien (John Hawkes) is paralysed. When he goes to ask his priest (William H. Macy) whether God would object to his having sex outside marriage, he gets the green light to enlist a sex surrogate who will lead him through it all, even though she’s a married woman with kids and this is just her job.

What ensues is the flowering of a beautiful relationship where Mark finally has his dream made real. The Sessions is a moving comedy with a zest for life based on a real story.
