Friends of Frogmore House launch

The Watford Museum is to host an event in collaboration with The Temple Trust to mark the official launch of the ‘Friends of Frogmore House’ on Saturday July 13th at 2pm in the afternoon.

The Temple Trust has been encouraged by the overwhelming local response to a very successful series of talks on Frogmore House held at the Museum over the last five months or so. During these talks, many people registered an interest in the project overall and most particularly in the idea of the formation of a ‘Friends’ group to help support the restoration, and ongoing care of the building, and the restoration of the community walled garden. Suzannah Fleming, Chairman of the Trust, will be on hand and will give a ten minute presentation entitled “Nathaniel Lloyd and the Frogmore House doorcase” followed by a little update and a brief ‘Friends of Frogmore House’ presentation.

Come and support us and have a tea and a piece of cake at the Museum and join in the celebration of the beginning of the ‘Friends of Frogmore House’. We have a lot of work ahead of us!
