Devon Artist Network - AGM

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Devon Artist Network Ltd will be held at Ashburton Town Hall on Saturday 30 October at 10.30 am, ( arrive 10 am for coffee and registration) for the following purposes
1 To receive any apologies for absence
2 To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 8 November 2009.
3 To receive and consider the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2009 together with the report of the Directors. These will be available at the meeting and in electronic form on request in the near future.
4 To consider a proposal approved by the Board that the Memorandum and Articles of the Company be altered to allow Board members and officers to remain Directors for six rather than the existing three years.
5 Any other business at the discretion of the Chairman.
This meeting will be immediately followed by the Annual Conference to discuss both Devon Open Studios and the activities of Devon Artist Network for which a separate agenda will be sent after the next Board meeting on 12 October.

Ashburton Town Hall is right by the main car park - if this is full, there is a car park in the old cattle market - down past the Post Office near the primary school.

NB Members of DAN who have not signed the required form to become members of the company will be able to do so on the day of the meeting.
