A two hour, creative movement and dance-based workshop aiming to open up a conversation about solastalgia and offer support to anyone affected by eco-anxiety.

Through practices of embodiment, moving with nature and eco-somatic poetry we will together build on our resilience and re-establish a sense of togetherness with the wider environment. The workshop will culminate with an open support talk with a psychotherapist from Climate Psychology Alliance UK.

Artistic team and workshop leaders: Kasia Witek, Stella Papi, Tora Hed, Gemma Collard- Stokes, Sian Palmer, Maxine Van Bommel and with support from Arts Council England and Climate Psychology Alliance UK.
