Geo-Painting: Holiday Activity

Explore painting with egg-tempera and discover the different rocks and natural materials that make so many of the colours we use every day. In celebration of our amazing English Riviera Global Geopark, you'll be mixing up your own paints from colours pigments and discovering the wonders of the earth beneath our feet.

This workshop is most suitable for children and young people aged 7 and over. Activities will be tailored to varying degrees of skill and concentration, so you will only be limited by your ambition! All materials will be supplied.

Times: Morning Session: 10.00am - 1.00pm, Afternoon Session: 1.30pm - 4.30pm

Where: LearningLab, Torre Abbey

Cost: £2.50 per child. We encourage children and families to learn together. Parents are welcome to join in and help. Drop-ins welcome, but booking ahead is advised.

Don't forget, entrance to Torre Abbey Historic House & Gardens is free for children and young people under-18. Why not buy an adult entrance ticket and explore the whole site and collections during your visit!
