YOUNG ARCHAEOLOGISTS CLUB - VISIT TO BUCKFASTLEIGH CAVES

Join us to visit the caves and see the remains of elephant, hippo, bison, hyaena and many other creatures that lived in Devon 100,000 years ago.

Our next meeting is a site visit to the William Pengelly Cave Studies Trust’s caves at Buckfastleigh. We will have the opportunity to see inside the caves and to look at their Museum. Some of the access is slightly uneven so they recommend sturdy footwear.
