A 10 week fully supervised exercise scheme for people who wish to become more active but who need specific guidance due to a medical condition or concerns about their health.

Costs £35 for 10 weeks
Available at: Torquay Community College, Paignton Community College, Brixham College, Osborne Hotel, Torbay Leisure Centre (TLC), English Rivera Centre (ERC) or Barton Surgery Gym.

Gym based sessions available at all centres, water based exercise at ERC and TLC.
