Learn to build your own sustainable Relaxation Tree Pod over two long weekends in Dartington's North Woods.

This relaxation pod will be installed between the trees in North Woods in Dartington above two meters of the forest floor. It will be suspended by making use of hemp ropes. The team will make use of different wood in the forest to construct their eco-friendly tree house. It will be created using local, sustainable materials from the Dartington Estate.

This amazing tree house can be entered through a hole at one end lead by a stepladder.

The course will include Tree identification, Selection and sourcing, Steam bending on site, Milling and moving wood, Site visit to Mike Gardner’s Sawmill, Design Ladder making and Pulley construction.
