The Water Diviner is a 2014 Australian historical fictional war drama film directed by and starring Russell Crowe in his directorial debut.
Four years after the Battle of Gallipoli, an Australian farmer, Connor (Russell Crowe), travels to Turkey to find his three missing sons. While staying at a hotel in Istanbul, he meets Ayshe (Olga Kurylenko), the hotel manager and together they try to find a way to Gallipoli.
