Joglaresa represent rebellion in medieval music - challenging supreme and arbitrary authority. With medieval harps, fidel, lute, percussion, bagpipes and voices, the group perform songs that challenge the supreme authority of kings and which highlight the lives, loves, imprisonment and taxation of ordinary folk (...or barons...) at the time of the Great Charter.

Joglaresa are THE most rebellious medieval ensemble - they have broken down more barriers, and have created more ground-breaking programmes than most!
