GSGD: Let's Dance

Get Set Go Dacorum: Let’s Dance – a happy fusion of getting active, getting involved and getting healthy through the power of dance and movement. If you are 55 years and over, looking to mix dance and fitness then this may be the activity for you. There are two dance classes held in the theatre at The Old Town Hall on a Monday – in the morning between 11am and 12.30pm and in the afternoon between 1pm and 2.30pm.

The classes focus on mobility, fitness and creative dance with light stretches, moving towards simple routines.

You will need to wear something loose that you feel comfortable dancing in, you can have bare feet or wear some soft shoes that you can move safely in.
