Knowledge Sandwich: Vying for Values

Dr Bejan Analoui, Senior Lecturer at the University of Huddersfield's Department of Management, considers what 'values' are, why they mean so much to us, and whether they truly need to be shared by teams and organisations for success.

This session involves some deep self-reflection, and discussing the results of that reflection with others. Be warned. It sometimes 'gets emotional'!
