We know each business is unique and to ensure you’re not paying for more than you need FLEX offers a range of hot desk and co-working packages so you can choose which suits you and our business.

Flex: Daily - £10 (+VAT)
available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
(Desk hire for 1 person for 1 day)

Flex: Weekly - £35 (+VAT)
available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
(Desk hire for 1 person for 1 working week)

Flex: Your Desk - £150 (+VAT) per month

Access to meeting rooms

All services include:
• High speed Wi-Fi connectivity with unlimited upload / download on a shared network
• Access to admin support including printing / photocopying, mail franking & scan to email (at an additional cost)
• Invitations to all Media Centre hosted networking / social events

Becoming a member and booking:

There is no cost for membership and once you are signed up you will be able to book the service that you want by calling us on 01484 48300 or by emailing info@themediacentre.org

We recommend pre-booking as there has been a great amount of interest in these services.
