Our meeting is open to anyone and we welcome new artist friends. It may be fun but AGMs are often quite functional. For voluntary organizations like ours an AGM is a constitutional requirement.
Additionally, we are open to new committee members, anyone who would like to be on the committee should email info@smoothspace.org with a brief statement (say 200 words). This will be circulated, voting will take place on the day.
We will be in Meeting Room 1 at Brixham Town Hall. It can be hard to find, go to the right of the library, down the small road then in to a car park to the left, you will notice us there at 6.30pmThe meeting will last about 2 hours.
The meeting will cover the previous years activity and finance... and we have some exciting news about a forthcoming project!!
