LIVE STREAM mindful making with clay

Mindful making through clay is a short workshop, in a Zoom group hosted by Sarah Core. Sarah is an experienced ceramic artist and meditation teacher.

1kg of air dry clay can be dispatched in advance of the event (please allow 5 working days for delivery prior to the event. Clay can be delivered clay locally to me in Barnet if that is easier for folks) plus 40 minutes meditation making through clay.

The focus will be on our personal connection with the material rather than technique as the technical outcome is less important than the process in this instance. This process will allow you to relax through the process of making in a calm non-judgemental space, providing an opportunity to connect with yourself through the material and to others in the group to share their experience.

When: Each Wednesday at 2pm, starting 13 May 2020.

Cost: £11.47 for clay and postage at cost, plus donations (the session itself is free of charge but open to donations). If you already have clay of your own please feel free to register and work with that during the workshop (salt dough or playdough may work well as well), a donation would still be welcome.
