St Albans Christmas Market singers, musicians needed

After 1,000 years of a regular market, St Albans is holding its first CHRISTMAS one!

The 24-day event will take place around the magnificent 11th-century St Albans Cathedral and in the beautiful Vintry Gardens – a walled garden adjacent to the Cathedral.

We are looking for groups who would like sing carols during this time and also any musicians who would like to play. German oompah bands would be particularly welcome as would people with a Victorian theme or anyone else appropriate to the festive season.

The event dates are Thursday 28 November to Saturday 21 December. The launch is on the evening of 28 November and we are looking for bigger groups to perform then.
