I am an artist and Arts Development Officer for the St Albans arts team. I work with the St Albans district council to devise and deliver community arts projects and events in St Albans.
I currently run Arts on Prescription, a social prescribing project which offers arts courses for St Albans city and district residents suffering from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression or stress.
