Performance Poetry at the Blue Walnut

Entertaining, edifying, funky and funny, Mama Tokus' stand-up poetry concerns womanhood, technology, afro-ness, age and wisdom, fashion and music, word-trickery and language.
Also appearing will be a stellar line-up of comedy poets such as Solomon Doornails, Roger Blades, Chris Brooks, Simon Blades, Joanna Hatfull, Samantha Boarer and Tim King, as well as your host, 22nd best performance poet in the country, Robert Garnham!
