Performance Poetry at the Blue Walnut

Poetry Island is back, and tonight's headliner is Ian Royce Chamberlain.

Ian Royce Chamberlain bridges the gap between serious poetry and ‘performance’ – a poet for all people, not just other poets. With typical modestly, he admits that his 2012 collection ‘stumble into grace’ is the only poetry book you’ll ever need.

Also appearing will be some of the finest local poets such as Joanna Hatfull, Susan Taylor, Jennie Osborne, Graham Chillcott, Elaine Miller, Brenda Hutchings and Exeter Poetry Slam Winner Saskia Tomlinson.

Your host, as ever, will be Robert Garnham.
