I completed my Fda in Interior Design earlier this year, and will continue my studies in 2009, finishing with a Ba Hons in spatial and furniture design at Plymouth University.

In July I displayed my work at the New Designers Exhibition in London where I won the Formica Award for use of colour within a design. The £1000 prize money helped me to stay in London to complete a two month work placement with Smoothe, a company covering a wide range of medias, working in London, Manchester and Sophia. I have been working on several projects with the visualisation team, and have used the oppourtunity to develop my skills on 3d Studio Max, a highly sophisticated 3d modelling software.
I plan to specify my area within spatial design within my 3rd year at university and am looking to carry on with as much work experience as possible.
