I am a private chef based in Hertfordshire focused on using organic and seasonal ingredients. I have been working in kitchens since the age of 17 and I have always had a passion for cooking. Having completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh and working in London, it became abundantly clear that cooking was my real calling. I work with my clients to design bespoke menus for them, whether it is for a special occasion or just their weeknight meals.
