Tours and Tasters Open Day

You are invited to tour Peace Hospice Care's historic building to learn about the early days of the Hospice, as well as the current services our Starlight Centre offers.

This year Peace Hospice Care celebrates its 25thAnniversary. To commemorate this milestone, the Hospice invites you to join them for their free Tours and Tasters Open Day on Saturday 10th September from 10-2pm, as part of Heritage Open Days - England's biggest festival of history and culture.

Reception

Join our heritage tour and talk, to learn more about our unique history.

Times: 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm

Starlight Lounge

Try a range of activities offered by our Starlight Centre team including: complementary therapies and exercise tasters. You can also visit our Information Stalls to find out more about our services and how to access them.

Times: 10am-2pm

Starlight Room

We will have a performance by Companion Voices at 11am and a trip down memory lane with a Sharing Stories session between 1-2pm.

There will also be Relaxation Visualisation sessions with Jo Rabin. Sessions are subject to availability and guests will be collected from the Quiet Room. Each session is approximately 25 minutes.

Times: 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, 12pm, 12.30pm

To join the Relaxation Visulation session, guests are asked to book their session in advance by calling 01923 330330. For all other sessions advanced booking is NOT required.
