The fragrant food of India, deliciously spiced, creamy and full of flavour will be a feast for your senses and this course will take you on a sensory adventure to this colourful country. Explore the intriguing and delicious world of Indian cookery and learn some of the classic dishes from the North and South. From the spicy heat of Rajasthan to the aromatic flavours of Kerala, we will be creating our very own Indian feast. Led by Holly Jones of Manna from Devon cooking school and inspired by her recent travels in India, this hands-on workshop will open up a whole world of fabulous Indian food. You will leave with the skills to prepare and cook the best Indian Feast ever!
