We’ll be firing up our own clay oven to explore the amazing world of wood fired cooking. Led by expert David Jones from Manna from Devon cooking school and author of the Wood Fired Oven Cook Book, we will learn how to build the fire, manage the heat and cook a variety of dishes including meat, fish, veggies and breads. If there’s one thing to learn, cooking in a wood fired oven is SO much more than making pizzas!
