Learn to be Civilised!

Barbarians! Join us at North Herts Museum and learn how to be a civilised human being. Have a go at hands-on family activities, you could write like the Egyptians, discover how to form governments from the Greeks and then get rid of them or how to expand your civilisation the Roman way and much more. We will be displaying some beautiful objects from the worlds greatest civilisations. This includes a sneak peek of the glass plates from the Kelshall treasure, considered one of the most important archaeological discoveries in recent years.
