About the course

This seminar explores the role of acceptance in aiding recovery and mental wellbeing for those in pain.

You will hear a student’s personal story and how acceptance has helped them in times of pain, and how it supports on-going recovery.

Learning objectives:

To understand what we mean by the term ‘acceptance’
Understand how it can help our mental and physical wellbeing when we live with pain
Learn some practices to help us cultivate acceptance
This course takes place over Forty-five Minutes in one session.

Once you have logged in, you will be sent to a waiting room, where the tutor will acknowledge you and let you in to the main room.
