Depression: an introductory session
This evening session will introduce you to the psychological, physiological and biological causes of depression. You will begin to learn some practical strategies to help you better manage your depression day to day.
Learning objectives:
To gain an understanding of depression and its possible causes
To gain knowledge about possible strategies to overcome it and improve wellbeing
This course takes place over one hour in one session.
