The Hemel Hempstead Business Improvement District (BID) is a business-led organisation funded by levy payers in the town centre following a successful ballot. The BID officially launched in 2018 with an initial 5 year term, delivering projects identified by an Advisory Group and Board composed of representatives from businesses in the town. Hemel Hempstead BID is managed by Naomi Watkins.
