Year of Music in 2023 - Evaluator Brief

Kirklees Council has committed to deliver a Year of Music in 2023 and is looking for a consultant or organisation to deliver the services of an evaluation framework and report on the impact of the Kirklees Year of Music 2023. The evaluation report will need to bring together all the learning, impact (community, social and economic) and reach of the initiative, and the identification of 5 key ambitions that will inform the legacy and future planning

The contract will run from 1 September 2021 through until 31 March 2024 with a total fee of £40,000 broken down into three yearly payments.

Please submit an Expression of Interest of no more than 2000 words on, how you would approach creating a framework that meets the aims and objectives and explain your approach and methodology. Please also send your CV and two example reports that you have completed. From this, we will shortlist to interview.
