A Rich Seam Exhibition by Laurence Edwards

Visit the free exhibition at Frenchgate from 9th July to see the unveiled design of a sculptural tribute to the mining communities of Doncaster.

International artist Laurence Edwards will share the developing ideas for the art piece that has been shaped by stories from local people and will celebrate Doncaster’s proud mining history.

Expect to see a 10ft mock-up of the final design, bronze portraits of local people, photography, and sketches.

The exhibition will be held in Unit 78, Ground Floor, Frenchgate. Between 9 July – 4 August 2018, Monday – Saturday (10am – 4pm)
