Marc Dunleavy Producer & Project Manager

Marc is a producer and project manager of live music, theatre and immersive art, based in Huddersfield. With a particular interest in education, participation and engagement, Marc is Associate Producer with Mahogany Opera, working on the nationwide schools programme, Snappy Operas, as well as working regularly with organisations including Harrogate International Festivals, The Voices Foundation and Orchestras for All.

Marc engages regularly with a range of amateur music making groups across Yorkshire, including the Yorkshire Wind Orchestra, Paddock Orchestra and Halifax Concert Band, and is a Trustee for &Piano Music Festival, a newly formed charitable concert series in Huddersfield.

Other recent engagements have included Producer for Voicings Collective and Assistant Producer for Multi-Story Orchestra. Previously at Opera North, Marc produced and toured Cautionary Tales (2011), The Firework Maker’s Daughter (2013) and A Ceremony of Carols (2013) as well as managing the organisations youth ensembles and producing a range of engagement and participation projects for young people, families and vulnerable adults.
