An exciting new community-based project is taking shape near Brixham, Devon!
Lupton House, formerly known as Gramercy Hall School, has been lying empty for some years and was beginning to deteriorate.

The Lupton Trust has been formed to bring life back to these remarkable Grade 2* listed buildings and gardens. The plan is to create a 'community enterprise village' - local charities, artists, musicians, and craftspeople working together in this magical location.
