Kirklees Concert Season 2019/2020

The Kirklees Concert Season returns in less than two weeks and once again showcases some of the finest talent from around the world in Huddersfield and Dewsbury Town Halls. The 2019/2020 Season is extra special as it marks the first season in our journey towards Year of Music 2023!

The Lunchtime Concert Season in Dewsbury begins with a rousing brass concert by Murray Greig, Opera North’s Principal Trumpet with piano accompaniment on 11 September. In Huddersfield Gordon Stewart, the Kirklees Borough Organist opens the Lunchtime organ concert season with a superb programme on 16 September and with the Orchestra of Opera North’s “The Emperor” on 19 September commanding orchestral showstoppers coupled with a phenomenal piano solo, September is set to be an impressive start to the season!
