Cheshunt Photographer unveils a 21st Century Peepshow at Waltham Cross Summer Fair
Kat Regan is a local mother and photographic artist who has created her very own unique marketing tool to obtain new clients seeking portrait photography.

A Peep Show is an exhibition of pictures, viewed through a small hole or magnifying glass within a box. The concept can be traced back to as early as the 15th Century. Moving images in a flip card format were originally called Mutoscopes or Kinetoscopes.

Though historically a peep show was a form of entertainment provided by wandering showmen, nowadays it more commonly refers a presentation of sleazy images or film. Kat Regan’s Travelling Peepshow brings the traditional and fun aspect of the novel age of carnivals, fun fairs and penny arcades to the 21st Century.

"The world is awash with beautiful imagery and nearly all of us carry a camera now with our phones. With the likes of Instagram and Twitter we are all photographers. Professionally, I feel it's important to showcase my portraits in an outstanding and educational exhibition for young and old to enjoy."

Kat and her Peepshow will be appearing at the Waltham Cross Summer Fair on June 7th, where there will be plenty of fun delights to discover on the day.
