JJ's Summer Programme - Photography Day for Teenagers

As part of JJ’s Arts Academy’s busy Summer Programme, join us for an

eye opening Photography Day!

Saturday 8th August 10:00am – 4:00pm

Do you like to take photos, but never quite capture the moment? Are you considering, or have started, taking a Photography GCSE? If you want more from your camera than just a blurry selfie, let us show you how.

This is an exciting one day workshop in which we will help you to "see" a photo before you take it. We believe that anyone can take a picture that deserves to be hung in a gallery. Through a series of interactive activities, both as an individual and in a group, you will develop your eye and understand the composition of the perfect photo.

You don’t own a fancy camera? That’s no problem.

The best camera in the world is the one you have in your hand. Whether it’s a phone, a point-and-shoot or a flashy DSLR.

You will also receive a large print of your work to keep for your own portfolio.
