3music audition registration is now open!

The search is now on to find the 3Music Young Artist 2015.

3Music is back for an 12th consecutive year and Inspirational Arts are working in partnership with the Hertfordshire Music Service ,Welwyn Hatfield Council, East Herts District Council and Broxbourne Borough Council to give young performers the opportunity to step into the limelight — culminating in a final showcase being held at Hertford Theatre on the 29th May.

The first stage of the competition will launch in April and Inspirational Arts are looking for young singers aged between 11 – 18 yrs old to attend the auditions. Contestants will enjoy a full day of singing and movement workshops, one to one vocal tuition and have the opportunity to pick the brains music industry professionals in a Q&A session, all before auditioning in front of a judging panel to win a place as a 3music 2015 finalist.
There is a selection of career enhancing prizes up for grabs from photo shoots to recording sessions.

Over the years 3Music has successfully acted as a starting block for many young performers seeking a career in the theatre and music industry.
Following her 3Music success, the 2006 winner, Jade Williams, known in the industry as Sunday Girl, is now signed to Universal Records and currently enjoying chart success and the 2011 winner Samantha Grint is currently recording her album, due for release later this year.

The 2015 auditions are being held on the 16th April at the Mid Herts Centre for Music and Arts in Hatfield, the 17th April at Simon Balle School, Hertford and 18th April at Valle Academy, Cheshunt. The auditions are free to attend.
