Managing your own arts project isn’t rocket science, but it does require some keen entrepreneurial skills including: good planning and organisation, forging new partnerships, knowing how to budget and a clear marketing approach. Skills common to a wide range of art forms including the written word, visual art, film, music and the performing arts.

This one-day practical course led by Sara Clifford from Inroads is suitable for those who are new to project management and those who want to invest in learning how to manage their projects more effectively.
