Movement for Memory: Royston

Movement for Memory classes are gentle dance based classes that are for those living with cognitive impairment or memory loss - such as those living with dementia, Parkinson's or MS.

Our Royston class takes place on Tuesdays during term-time between 1.30-3pm at Coombes Community Centre.
