Salcombe Contemporary Art Fair

Salcombe Town Regatta is an action packed week and the first Salcombe Contemporary Art Fair will add even more vibrancy. The exhibition features eighteen South Devon based artists with work ranging from abstract to urban, pastoral to industrial, all with a contemporary edge.

The event is at Cliff House overlooking the beautiful Salcombe Estuary on August 4th and 5th from 10am until 9pm and admission is free.

The majority of the senses will be catered for as in addition to the visual delights there will be music from the Adam Green Trio, food by the Galley Girls and a bar.

Local artists Jon Woolfenden and Ian Carr are the organisers and intend this to be an annual event. Participating artists are Greg Ramsden, Steve Lean, Sara Downham Lotto, Frances Gynn, Mick Cartwright, Shirley Kircaldy, Gina Parr, Simon Dobbs, Rachael Bennett, Karen Pearson, Diana Booth, Joe Robinson, TRXTRA, Jon Horrell, Lorna Yabsley, Jon Woolfenden, Ian Carr and Edward Netley.
