Looking at artI Picture This uses art to inspire, excite and bring people together to enhace their wellbeing.
We believe that looking at art can lift our mood, make us think, and help us to communicate with each other.
We produce beautiful but simple art packs that encourage discussion. Each pack contains three or four paintings, notes on how to look at art, and suggestions for conversation.
Packs can be shared within households, discussed with a friend over the phone, or looked at within care homes and community groups.
We also run discussion sessions in care homes and community groups.
