The Stone Orchestra was formed in 2014 as a result of the varied activities of the Association for Stone Music, whose goal is to connect innovative instrument builders, composers and musicians in order to rethink the sound of stones in music and put it into new contexts. Through newly created instruments, sounds and soundscapes, musicians and composers can – together with the audience – discover unexplored territories.
