Woodfest

Fine woodwork by Crispin Born and Nick Alberici:
"This exhibition seeks to display some of the numerous forms and functions that wood crafted and jointed can enable.
This one substance naturally holds shapes, patterns, shades, contrasts, and colour.
We try to keep those natural qualities whilst translating this versatile medium into recognised, usable home artifacts. And along the way, we continue to look for the balance between that functionality, and the form that might please the eye.
We will be exhibiting a range of artifacts, including a coffee table, dining tables, desk, small cabinets & boxes, custom framed cross stitch embroideries by Anne-Marie Born, wooden toys, chopping boards, and a model ship 'skeleton'."
